Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.

1. Cancellations

Cancellation of an order is at our sole discretion. Orders placed without an official Purchase Order, even if confirmed via written email, will not be entertained. Additionally, clients must provide complete details regarding the intended application of the product prior to booking the order.

2.Refund & Exchange 

Non Refundable Products. Exchange policy  will effect only  for  the product supplied, in case exchanging the product supplied with different item will effect the price of new item.
