1.Processing Time

All orders are processed within business days after receiving full payment and confirmation of the Purchase Order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2.Packing : Packing of Product will be done for safety measurements as per product size . Will be charge extra On Total Valuation of Product.

Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions).

4.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Damaged / Defective goods

Once the Good Loaded in Vehicle details will be shared with client , afterwards we are not responsible for any damages done by logistics in transportation or unloading delivery or The Client can arrange for their reputed logistics for material pickup service .

6. Product Returns

The shipping costs incurred for the return of any item(s) will be borne you (buyer) . Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.
